Voice Control with Alexa
This device supports treat tossing via Alexa voice control but does not support live streaming on Alexa devices. To pair with Alexa:
- In the PetU app, select Settings, then select Alexa Settings, name your device as “Jack” (or another name), and enable Alexa.
- Install the Alexa app on your smartphone.
- Go to Skills & Games in the Alexa app. Search for and open “Pet U feeder.” Click “Link Account.”
- Enter your PetU app login credentials. Then, click “Launch” in the Alexa app.
Now, you can follow the steps below every time you wish to use your voice to control it:
Say, “Alexa, Open Pet U Feeder.”
Alexa will confirm: “Welcome to Pet U feeder. You can say, ‘Jack, feed 1.’”
Then you can say, “Jack, feed 1.”
The device will then toss the treats. Have fun!

Tips
- Follow the Quick Start Guide provided with the device to connect it to your smartphone.
- The device is compatible with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi signals. Ensure your WiFi signal is strong enough to support the smart pet camera.
- When prompted to enter the WiFi SSID (Name) and password in the App, ensure you enter the correct information.
- This device allows login via the same account on up to four mobile devices simultaneously. It does not support sharing with other accounts.
- The device also allows you to pre-record your voice to play when dispensing treats, adding a personal touch to your pet's treat time.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
